Grand Villa of Delray Beach, an upscale Assisted Living Community is looking for a fun, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as our new receptionist.

THIS POSITION IS FOR PART TIME ONLY (OTHER SHIFTS OFTEN AVAILABLE)

Responsibilities would include:

  • Answering phones
  • Communicating resident's needs with the care staff
  • Greeting families and visitors
  • Assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns
  • Filing
  • Maintaining records
  • Any other duties as assigned by the administrator

This position involves working with seniors and family members in a fun and rewarding environment. Excellent customer service skills are required. Applicants need to be proficient in Microsoft office, be able to multitask, be a team player, have a friendly attitude, and possess a love for the elderly.

Job Type: Part-time
