Columbia Counseling Center is a premier outpatient mental health clinic which supports work-life balance, as well as professional growth and development within an excellent working environment. We are seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to join our outstanding team at our state-of-the-art center in Columbia.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering multi-line telephones in a timely and polite manner
- Recording all patient demographic and insurance information in a timely fashion
- Routinely demonstrating superior customer service skills
- Communicating with staff and patients in a courteous, professional and mature manner
- Scanning information into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record)
- Demonstrating the ability to collect medical office charges at the time of service
- Other duties as assigned
