Job description

Cheerful and friendly front office coordinator needed 40 hours a week for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics in Centralia and Chehalis, WA. Past experience working in reception/customer service desired. Job entails front office tasks related to answering phones, interacting with patients and their families, maintaining medical records electronically and on paper, and working with medical insurances. Must enjoy a busy, fast paced environment. This person works on ensuring that patient visits are of the highest quality in all aspects with an emphasis on customer service. Applicant must be dependable and consistent, friendly, personable, and professional in appearance. This position requires a person with the ability to multitask and prioritize, attention to detail, ability to learn and retain information easily, a solid work ethic, and a high level of professionalism.
