Job Responsibilities:

• Provides/assists residents with hygiene needs
• Assists residents in meeting their hydration and nutritional needs.
• Documents in accordance with nursing assistant policies and procedures.
• Responds to resident needs timely.
• Assists residents to attain or maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial function.

Requirements:

• Current certificate for STNA in the state of Ohio.
• Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
• Long-term care experience preferred.
