Advanced RF Technologies, Inc. ("ADRF") is an established, leading provider of in-building equipment and services that improve wireless coverage and capacity for the largest service providers and enterprise customers around the world. ADRF's product suite encompasses repeaters, distributed antenna systems, small cells, antennas, and passive components.

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Team Member to support our Fulfillment and Warehouse teams. This position requires an individual to be detail-oriented, well-organized, and work well with others. Experience in a warehouse and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

· RF (Radio Frequency) testing for daily outgoing and incoming orders

· Test outgoing orders with RF test equipment (Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer)

· Manage warehouse cleanliness and organization (location accuracy, inventory management, etc.)

· Assist with day-to-day Purchase Order assembly

· Prepare orders by processing requests in a timely manner (pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery/pick-up area)

· Maintain track of incoming/outgoing shipments

· Receiving large ocean shipments containing products to replenish inventory

· May require overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Well-organized, accurate, and able to follow detailed instructions
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and takes initiative
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. of heavy equipment
• Pallet jack/forklift experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Consistent with California law, ADRF requires that all of its employees be vaccinated,
with an FDA-approved vaccination. Presently, this includes Pfizer and Moderna.
Verification of such vaccination is required prior to commencing employment with
ADRF.
