American Pest Management, established in 1983, is an Award-Winning family owned and operated pest management company located in Saint Petersburg, FL. The perfect applicant will report to our Saint Petersburg office for this PART TIME (up to 30 hours a week Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm) position.

The Applicant will work with the Owner and Chief Operating Officer while utilizing Quickbooks Enterprise 2023, Microsoft 365, and other platforms to perform the following:

• Input / executing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Process weekly payroll
• HR procedures as needed
• Employee Management (On-Boarding, Terminations, etc.)
• Client Management (Onboarding, updates, cancellations, etc.)
• Work with CPA to provide necessary information
• Work with insurance provider to provide requested information (COI's, Audits, Renewals, Etc.)
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain databases
• Work with clients on accounting requests
• Assist in needs and processes as they arise from clients, vendors, staff, regulatory authorities, etc.

Skills:

• Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise (REQUIRED)
• Microsoft 365 (REQUIRED)
• Highly detailed and organized
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work as a team and independently
