Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develop and implement new software programs and features
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary

Must possess required knowledge and skillset to be able to explain and demonstrate with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Required:

Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer with 5+ years’ experience
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Ability to multi-task effectively
Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
Flexible and willing to accept changing priorities as necessary
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Swift or Objective C preferred
Experience with Java preferred
Experience with SPA frameworks (React / Angular / Ember / Vue) React JS preferred
Familiarity with SCSS (or Less) preferred
Experience in React and JS environment preferred
Experience deploying with Heroku as well as Docker containers on Linux systems preferred

Work Experience & Education

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
