Job description

We are looking for a full-time Barista to serve various types of beverages and food items. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly pay and tips which is included in the $18

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. Allergies and dietary restrictions)
• Prepare/serve food and beverages following recipes
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills

• Previous work experience in quick service restaurants
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Birmingham, MI 48009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
