Job Purpose

pCare is seeking an individual who will work closely with Senior Client Services manager to provide IT and customer support to pCare’s clients. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of various pCare systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Client Services Representative is responsible for supporting, configuring, and testing interactive hospital systems including:

  • Updating and configuring server, client, and broadcast components
  • Troubleshooting and debugging software, hardware, and broadcast issues
  • Documenting issues and updating internal knowledge bases
  • Monitoring schedules and milestones
  • Solving problems and facilitating progress
  • Fostering communication between internal teams, management, and clients
  • General maintenance of Interactive TV system, user and customer support, and general Audio Visual functions
  • Interaction with users and hospital IT for user support
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years Computer/Information Systems experience, preferred
  • 1+ years in a customer support position
  • Good understanding of personal computer components
  • Basic knowledge in Audio / Video broadcast helpful
  • Basic Knowledge of television networks (RF, ATSC, and QAM preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with diverse personalities in stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve problems and facilitate progress.

Working Conditions:

  • May require after hours on call support
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
  • Occasional travel may be required in our NY offices

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires long periods of time sitting at a desk
  • Position requires long periods of time walking/standing
  • Position requires extended time using a computer screen, keyboard and headset.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

  • Must be able to meet specific requirements such as immunizations and screening required by hospital
  • Must be Covid 19 Vaccinated

*New Hire bonus can earn up to $1k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
