Schedule: Mondays through Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hr. break)

NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities :

• Be comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Warmly greeting patients
• Answer a multi-line phone
• Scheduling appointments with complex parameters
• Collecting and reconciling patient payments
• Processing registration paperwork,
• Working with Health, Workers' Comp and PIP insurance companies and attorneys to verify eligibility, benefits and obtain authorizations
• Maintaining a clean front desk/waiting room and
• Have own transportation to make weekly deposit
• Other general office tasks

Ideal candidate will be possess a friendly, energetic and positive attitude, possess strong organization skill. Proficient knowledge of computers and Microsoft products required. Recent experience in a healthcare office setting strongly preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
