Job description
Purpose: The Maintenance Porter is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property or properties assigned through; responding to maintenance requests; completing unit turnovers; ensuring upkeep of such items as: the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lot and other community buildings; executing maintenance programs as instituted by GEM, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and company policies.
