Austin Infiniti is looking for a Funding Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position is one with 2+ years experience with Finance and Insurance in a car dealership, knowledgeable with the funding process, e sign, Dealertrack, CUDL, Darwin, Cancellations, and other F&I responsibilities. Attention to detail, accuracy, adaptable communication, ease with technology, self-management, etc. Experienced with CDK, trade ins, Roadster, and file management.

After contracting, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Breakdown of the deal

• Commission recap printouts

• Sending deals to funding

• Following up with funding

• Sending deals to accounting in a timely manner

• Cash deposits

• Gathering of information/forms

• Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I department and Funding

Requirements:

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

• Proficiency in operating a PC

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding communication in both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently if necessary

• Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality

Compensation:

• $24 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9am - 5pm
