About this Position:
  • Note: This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at an office location if requested by the team member.
  • Improve execution of the Funding Process by effectively coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of up to 12 Credit Analysts
  • Actively identify Organizational Health improvement opportunities for the team and the department
  • Build effective working relationships with Dealers and other external stakeholders

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and continuously coach team members via the Performance Management process
  • Identify Training opportunities and act as the primary trainer on core Policies and Processes
  • Create a Right Environment for your team and the Company
  • Contribute to the remaining dimensions of Org. Health by getting close to the work and sharing ideas:
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure you have the Right Number on your team
  • Ensure Measurements support the performance management process
  • Ensure the Incentive Plan is driving intended behaviors and performance outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve Tools, processes and policies
  • Ensure Org. Design supports an adequate span of control

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years loan originations experience
  • Demonstrate a primary motivation and capability to teach others.
  • Self-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Effective at assessing people for their fit with their assigned role.
  • Effective at providing feedback and holding people accountable.
  • Be receptive to ongoing feedback aimed at improving the performance of you and your team.
  • Remain positive, professional, determined, calm and focused when faced with challenging situations.
  • Be a quick thinker with the ability to understand and interpret information promptly and effectively.
  • Be organized with an ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Be able to work Saturday shifts with an offsetting flex day during regular work week (non-peak season) as well as mandatory overtime during peak season (January thru April) and during month end closes (last calendar working day of any month).
Preferred:
  • Previous leadership experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm PST, working every 4th Saturday
Targeted Compensation: $70,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus
