SUMMARY: The Galvanize Foundation and Scholarships Specialist supports the administration and growth of the Galvanize scholarship program through the Galvanize Foundation. This role will advance the Foundation’s mission by executing it’s outbound fundraising plan, managing, maintaining, and expanding current funding relationships, and importantly, expanding the number of scholarships we can offer in alignment with our company objectives. The position is part of the Legal & Regulatory team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel.

- Grow and manage fundraising pipeline to expand scholarships and other philanthropically funded inclusion efforts;
- Support the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to achieve impact targets across all demographics and track progress;
- Work with marketing to develop content highlighting partnerships and scholarship recipients;
- Manage and cultivate existing scholarship partnerships;
- Coordinate with the Regulatory team to support third-party compliance partners;
- Prepare reports for the Galvanize Foundation Board of Directors;
- Manage scholarship application, review and selection process, including ownership of applicant communications;
- Proactively collaborate with Partnership team to coordinate and optimize Galvanize corporate outreach;
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with mission-aligned partners in support of the Foundation’s goals;
- Build and maintain robust data collection and reporting processes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience

- This is a home based position. This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $50,059 to $70,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
