Customer Driven Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing firm with locations in West Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale. We operate over 14 locations in four states and continue to grow! We have immediate openings in Delray Beach for general laborers.

This is a full-time position 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) 2 year job site project. Must be able to stand long periods of time.

Must have reliable transportation, must have work boots, hard hat, safety vest. Must be willing to work on construction sites from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Island to Palm Beach Gardens.

Responsibilities

- Working with contractors performing any of the following jobs or duties:

- General clean-up, picking up trash, throwing away debris, and removing debris.

- Digging, shoveling, raking, or similar manual labor with use of basic hand tools.

- Basic landscaping duties from tree and shrub removal, to planting new trees or spreading mulch.

- Other basic general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Must be willing and able to work outside all day long, 8 - 10 hours

- Must be able to work weekends.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

- Must be willing to perform strenuous, consistent, physical activity throughout the day.
