General Laborer
Redgate Disposal is based out of Edgerton, MO. Redgate Disposal is your hometown solid waste and recycling hauler. The business is family-owned and operated and started in 2006. We offer roll-off dumpsters, commercial dumpsters, residential trash service, and residential recycling. As a growing business, we aim to serve our customers in the utmost professional manner with a friendly face and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a candidate that likes a small company environment, is friendly, hardworking, and enjoys working with a team. For this position, an ideal candidate must

Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling from bins and place them into the truck
• Return cans and containers to driveways without damaging
• Use hydraulic controls to tip dumpsters
• Adhere to safety policies and directions
• Assist driver to clean waste and debris off and inside a packer body
• Assist driver to clean the cab of the truck daily

Requirements

• Have a good attitude and work well with others
• Maintain consistent attendance
• Reliable transportation to and from work (the job is located 3 miles from Trimble MO)
• Ability to learn hydraulic controls
• Experience with physical labor ( 1-3 years)
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Available to work Monday – Friday and occasionally some Saturdays
