Job Description:
- Daily tasks include sweeping, shoveling and vacuuming to maintain high sanitation standards.
- Future promotion possibilities include unloading and blending milo, cleaning railroad cars, loading flour or animal food, and operating a flour mill that produces over a quarter million pounds of flour daily.
Responsibilities:
- Willing and able to work safely in multiple environments.
- Willing and able to learn and follow the ADM Way Code of Conduct. Trainable.
- Able to learn new systems and equipment and operate it reliably and with high efficiency.
- Physical Labor and able to lift 55 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience.
- Able to work overtime and some weekend work if needed.
- Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Potential for shift work on job assignments beyond Utility.
- Able to perform any and all tasks that may be assigned.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-placement medical and drug screen.
- Satisfactory completion of background check.
Shift Timings - 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
