Position Mission: Provides support to the restaurants in the way of facilities repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:

? Performs necessary maintenance on restaurant buildings at multiple sites.

? Repairs and replaces tiling.

? Replaces and repairs light fixtures.

? Paints interior and exterior of restaurants as needed.

? Performs minor plumbing repairs.

? Replaces major fixtures such as drywall, cabinets, and shelving.

? Fixes electrical issues and sprinklers as needed.

? Maintains safe, clean and organized work area to include work vehicle, tools, manuals and parts.

? Ensures safe conditions around buildings during inclement weather.

? Uses various hand and power tools appropriately.

? Completes other repairs as needed.

? Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.

? Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

? Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.

? Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

? Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

? Experience working in General Maintenance in the restaurant industry preferred.

? 2+ years of experience in tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, wood work, etc. is a must.

? Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business

? Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

? Works well under pressure and tight timelines

? The ability to work weekends and travel as needed.
