We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our Denny's location in Wharton,Texas operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry, including experience in cooking and culinary , effective local area marketing and brand promotion. The General Manager will also be required to ensure that all employees are meeting company standards and that operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a team member and leader.
• Perform administrative functions.
• Manage business operation in the absence of the manager.
• Perform basic managerial functions such as assigning duties, supervising and implementing employee programs, setting performance evaluations, and managing employee concerns.
• Analyze financial statements and financial trends.
• Maintain employee relations and communicate with other departments to ensure company goals are met.
• Initiate and assist with the development of plans for the future of the organization in areas such as budgeting and estimating cash flow.
• Supervise employees.
• Oversee all aspects of operations in a smooth and efficient manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
