What we do:

Our company specializes in 30-45-minute, high intensity group personal training sessions with included nutrition in a high-energy and results-orientated environment. Each session has a coach and focuses on effective, and efficient workouts. Our client's goals are our goals, and our culture validates this focus.

Requirements:

The Camp's General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of The Camp, with a focus on membership sales, client retention, customer service, staff management, and the overall profitability of the location.

  • Monitor and manage staff to include training, scheduling, disciplining, team building, etc.
  • Track, monitor and submit payroll inquiries
  • Professionally present company programs and products to guests and prospects
  • Set daily appointments and conduct follow ups with clients, prospects and leads (80 Contacts per shift)
  • Maintain high membership, merchandise sales and convert leads to clients
  • Meet and exceed all sales quotas
  • Track and monitor sales reports
  • Develop and implement client retention methods
  • Monitor inquiries and entries into company systems
  • Complete administrative work consistently and accurately
  • Assist and direct guests and members with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Handle member service issues in a polite and in a timely manner
  • Build positive relationships and good rapport with members and staff.
  • Maintain professional work related activity on social media outlets
  • Challenge and develop staff/team in place
  • Hold Weekly & Monthly Team Meetings to expand knowledge/updates on events, memberships, programs, etc..
  • Audit memberships, challenges and other billing to ensure billed correctly
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Customer Service
  • Ability to handle internal/external customer questions, concerns and complaints effectively, and communicates positively. Consistently maintains a pleasant, approachable, and professional image
