Five Guys Burgers and Fries is looking to fill the General Manager position in our Rapid City SD location. This is restaurant is family owned and we are looking for someone who loves running a business like it is their own. We will train you for success the Five Guys way and then we will allow you to run this store using your management experience to continue to grow this already successful location.

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years GM experience, Serve Safe certified, has true passion in their heart to grow and continue to develop an amazing brand, someone who understands developing people and the most important skill that is required is that you understand making great food!

This is truly an amazing fun job! As the GM of this high volume Five Guys location you will have the best hours in the restaurant industry since we are only open 11AM until 10PM, the simplest menu since we only sell burgers fries and hotdogs and top pay! We offer an outstanding base pay , monthly bonus structure, annual bonus and Five Guys Cooperate pays each store very generously in their weekly secret shopper program. Then to unwind in the 1st quarter of each year we take our managers and a guest to the Caribbean for a week to unwind.
