General Manager Training Salary $60,000-$80,000 (bonus opportunities after training!)

Schedule:

• No Late Nights! (work 7AM to 5PM or 8AM to 6PM)

Job Description:

Our sales managers (GM’s) oversee a retail showroom with 4 to 6 sales specialists and observes their interactions with customers while coaching and developing the team. GM’s also oversee local marketing initiatives, advise the sales team on customer service solutions, and develop strategies to meet KPI goals. Other important areas of focus include working with facilities teams to maintain the building, managing inventory procedures, and working with purchasing teams to improve margins. In short, the sales manager creates a fun environment where our customers get a better price and better service than at the big box stores!
