The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and detail-oriented. Great opportunity for a college student.

Duties Included that are not limited to:

• Scan documents
• Sort or classify information
• Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary
• File records in accordance to the filing system used.
• Coding files for proper placement or storage
• Ensure file room and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized
• Delivery of files are performed in a timely manner
• Entering information into Database in order to maintain up to date file records
• Maintaining good and positive relation with staff
• Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
• Deliver/pick up documents as when needed using personal vehicle. Firm will pay mileage.
• Assistant IT manager with IT needs ranging from trouble shooting to setting up computers, will train candidate
• Other duties as assigned
• Parking, healthcare, and other benefits available for part time employee.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30-12:30 or Monday to Friday 12:30-4:30

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
