• Overhead crane operation
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Inventory control (FIFO)

Job Description
Hi-Lo associates will have an understanding of the manufacturing process, daily operation, material handling, quality criteria, safety issues, trouble shooting ability. Specific job responsibilities and knowledge as noted in job duties (above).

Required Skills and Education

Qualification Requirements:
Hi-Lo Associates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an automotive environment and a valid hi-lo license.

Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of shipping operation, operating safety, quality, production and maintenance requirements

Education:
High school diploma/ GED is required.

Physical Requirements:
Standing for up to 8 hours.
Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 20-40 lbs.

Safety:
Must adhere to all safety requirements.

Behavior:
Attention to detail, maintain a productive attitude, and willingness to take the extra steps needed to ensure the job is done right.
