About the Role:
The Global Brand Project Manager will be working directly within the Marketing team to help manage and push forward a vendor modeling project. Through that, this particular role will help to evaluate marketing effectiveness, balance initiatives, and prescribing marketing investment/evaluations. The ideal candidate will work internally with the Brand Science/Marketing team, Sales, as well as work directly with vendors to organize work and expectations so that the project is accomplished within the given time period.

The project manager is accountable for monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving the primary project’s vision.

Establishing key next steps for each stage of the project, sourced and due to key internal and external stakeholders
Communicating status, identifying roadblocks and organizing cross functional teams to solve those problems
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of previous experience working in project management either within Marketing or other digital PM background
2+ year of managing vendor relations through project lifecycle
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Calendar
Skilled at juggling various requests, prioritizing, and thriving in a dynamic environment
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Please note: This role is contract. However there may be opportunity for conversion. This is a fully remote position but must work within Central Time Zone or be located within it.
