FOH/Floater Role - This role comprises many facets, and will never have you bored! You'll do aspects of barista (experience is a bonus!), expo, floor, cashier and more!

The role of a Barista/Cashier/Floater is to bring this mission to life, bringing kindness on a plate and ensuring the BEst customer service experience possible, while supporting daily operations. The position is part of the Customer Kindness Team at Just BE Kitchen. As an Barista/Cashier/Floater you will be expected to take initiative, support senior management and demonstrate exceptional guest relations. You will work alongside the Bar and Beverage Supervisor BE-ing an example for other employees and you will report into the General Manager.

As a FOH team member you will be in charge of a strong customer focused entity, exceptional operational flow of the floor & radical attention to detail of the needs of a highly functioning FOH. Your role is to support the directives of the Senior Management Team and to be an active participant in the ongoing growth of Just BE Kitchen and the members of our team.

Just BE Kitchen, a 100% gluten, grain & refined sugar free fast-casual. We have a flourishing coffee (lattes, signature "bullet" coffees & no-sugar syrups, etc all made scratch in-house) coupled with a tea & differentiated cocktail program comprising of all gluten and grain-free spirits. We are a fast-casual 100% PALEO restaurant where this position will need to also greet guests, care how they are nourished & make guests feel comforted with navigating through our menu!!

As a member of our Customer Kindness team, we also require you to:

• Follow the FOH Recipe Book

• Training of proper barista process and procedures, including care and maintenance of the machine, making latte's and bullet coffee's, new drink creation, etc.

• Comply with opening & closing procedures, including cleaning and deep cleaning needs

• Supporting the operations of FOH - Running food, cashier, expediting, cleaning tables, bus tubs, dishes, barista duties, etc.

• Serve food to guests and ensure they are cared and nourished

• Illustrating extremely kind customer service, willing to listen and support customers

• Affable and friendly and upbeat with guests

• Identifying issues and & organizing solutions involving the barista station and the beverage program

• Making sure Barista/Cashier signage is updated/taken care of as needed by yourself or other members of the team

• Operate the POS seamlessly and excellent cashier skills

• Have full FOH operations expertise with an eye for attention to detail
