In addition to the posted annual salary, this position has an $8,000 per year bonus potential.

We are currently taking applications for a Retail Sales Manager dual role for two stores at Kitchen Kettle Village: By Candle Light and Good Vibes. In this dual role, the Manager will divide their time among both stores overseeing customer service, sales performance, employee management, and merchandising.

Good Vibes sells fun, comfortable t-shirts, sweatshirts, and apparel from Life is Good and Laid Back. By Candle Light sells unique candles and accessories from all over the world such as Lifetime, Barrick, and Woodwick.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail and management experience who would like a schedule that offers more work/life balance. We are closed evenings and Sundays and the schedule offers a 5-day work week. The ideal candidate should have a successful background in customer relations, sales training and performance, employee management, and merchandising.

Some of the essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

Ø Lead, train, coach, and motivate sales associates.

Ø Be knowledgeable of and communicate company policies and procedures.

Ø Have first-rate product knowledge and provide constant training to team members on new and existing products.

Ø Have a working knowledge of software platforms, inventory management, e-mail, scheduling, and payroll.

Ø Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

Ø Maximize store profitability by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly and annual plans, and driving sales to meet financial objectives.
