You thrive on artboards, layers and hex codes as much as you obsess over the latest design trends and fonts, translating all of these things into brand-driven modern creative across multiple visual mediums. Your main focus is working closely with the Creative Director and creative team on ideation, creation and keeping the brand relevant within current digital trends. You can design everything from a meme to editing a lifestyle visual. You are a strong collaborator with the rest of the Creative Team and bring Bojangles to life in ways that consumers will engage with the brand at a meaningful scale. You are motivated by amazing consumer reactions to what you produce.
Job Duties
- Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools with guidance from creative leadership.
- Proficiently cull for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content and trends on social pages, adapt content based on these learnings.
- Collaborate with teammates, cross-functional departments and agencies creating assets quickly to insert the brand into real-time moments.
- Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy formulation.
- Uphold the brand standards and ensure all social design meets the standards and guidelines of the brand guide.
- Support the production team when necessary on packaging, menu item, POS, or eClub assets.
- Partner closely with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to evolve and optimize the brand's identity and drive consistency across this new vision within various mediums.
Work Experience and Requirements
- 2-3 years professional creative experience designing for social / digital, ideally with an ability to design for print, OOH, POS and email as well. Bachelor’s degree in design or art is a plus.
- Ability to proofread and self-edit work to produce error-free content that adheres to brand style guidelines as well as maintains consistency across all deliverables.
- Strong skill set conceptualizing, brainstorming, and collaboration to create strategically focused campaigns
- The ability to understand, absorb and execute on direction’s constructive criticism
- Strong skill set for design, a mastery of Adobe and production language, and the ability to tailor your creative within any design platform, spec or medium.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
- Ability to manage other members of the team, mentor and help them in their growth as well as oversee their work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
