Kelly’s Garden Sense creates beautiful landscapes and colorful outdoor spaces in Great Bend, KS, and the surrounding area. Kelly is a premiere Landscaper and outdoor designer in central Kansas. We bring the Greenhouse to you or you can shop our locally-grown plants. We take a truly personal approach. We work to help you design a landscape that is uniquely YOU but stands out from the crowd!
Join our greenhouse/planting crew! The right person is a creatively driven individual that can jump in on custom-designed pottery planting and help customers with DIY planting selections. If you’re an out-of-the-box thinker, stay up on current trends, and have an eye for color …. We want to talk to you! Photo and video content creation would be a bonus skill to bring to this job. Capturing all the action and beauty in our Greenhouse! Starting pay for the Greenhouse/Planting Crew is $14.00/hr. with review periods for added compensation for performance at 60 and 90 days. Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Greenhouse Management and planting roles.
- Load and unload customer's items.
- Accept payment from customers.
- Assist customers with their purchases.
- Work with other crew members.
- Keep cash register drawer full of money.
- Answer customers' questions.
- Handle customer complaints properly.
