Johnson Honda of Stuart is seeking a full time Guest Relations Representative to join its team of professionals.

The Guest Relations Representative will work with sales and service clients as a brand ambassador to exceed client and dealer expectations in all deliverables.

The Guest Relations Representative must possess the skills to answer inbound client contacts from multiple channels, properly address those inquiries using our clients' resources, create and manage complex cases through to resolution.
.
The Guest Relations Representative will deliver and foster a premier level of service for our clients and dealerships based on trust and respect, and by developing and maintaining strong professional relationships. This position is the single point of contact for our clients to address service inquiries and concerns.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Email service surveys daily to dealership management
- Email each Service Consultant and Technician his or her individual survey results
- Responsible for daily service follow up calls and emails
- Assists in resolving guest complaints, and coordinates management assistance when necessary
- Acts as a liaison between the Guest and Service Consultant if and when necessary
- Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to guests who have general inquiries
- Serves as backup for Service Appointment Coordinator(s)
- Assist other departments when needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Qualifications include the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers
- Must be detailed-oriented, have a pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken
- Have the ability to work with a variety of individuals including guests, employees, vendors, and applicant
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
