The Guest Service Agent is vital to the success of the Hampton Inn and Suites! If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality– this role is perfect for you!

Full-time/ Part-time, AM and PM shifts available, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

What you will be doing:

• Provide guests a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience
• Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
