Do you have a passion for welcoming and assisting others to access resources, navigate themselves through healthcare facilities, and provide overall support for a guest? Kootenai Health is seeking a community-minded, quality-driven, and highly motivated individual to join the Guest Services team as the newest Guest Services Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Guest Services Associate on our team you will welcome and assist patients, their families and visitors entering the hospital, monitor the overall appearance and safety of entrances, provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients and visitors in regards to service offerings and locations available, enforce hospital policies, especially those related to safety and our tobacco-free campus, and communicate information to Security, Facilities Management and/or other departments as needed.

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality and sophistication in social and professional settings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MOAB training, or must acquire within 6 months of employment, required
  • BLS Required. Current AHA Healthcare provider, American Red Cross, AHA Health Saver or KH BLS during General Orientation
