We are seeking a Supervisor in Guest Services to:

• Bring an enthusiastic, community oriented approach to genuinely influence the customer service experience.
• Be in charge of the success of the Guest Services Ambassador program, which assists patients and customers in wayfinding and personal navigation throughout the facility.
• Be responsible for the hiring, managing, coaching, and development of employees, budgeting for the department, partnering with leadership to improve patient and guest experiences, and oversight of concierge services.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree or four years’ experience in lieu of degree

Work Experience :

Minimum – Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality or healthcare industry

Preferred – Three (3) years of supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – Valid WI driver’s license and approved driving record as determined by UW Health Risk Management
