Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of repair and maintenance skills and will be able to handle a variety of tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing plumbing, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Install fixtures and equipment such as lighting, ceiling fans, and appliances
• Perform carpentry tasks such as building shelves, cabinets, and furniture
• Repair and patch walls and ceilings
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Perform electrical work such as wiring and installing outlets and switches
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor spaces

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Denver, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Electrical: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
