The Role: Handyperson
This position is for someone who has mechanical and handyman skills.
Job specifications are as follows
Basic knowledge and the ability to repair and maintain
- Painting
- Plastering
- Drywall
- Ceiling
- Wall coverings
- Small appliances
- Windows
- Doors
- Basic residential plumbing
- Basic electrical
This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a residential community.
