Likewize is searching for a Head of Enterprise Architecture to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Architects based in various locations in building a holistic view and roadmap of the Likewize technology strategy and processes. Reporting to and providing guidance to the CIO, this role partners with business and technology groups to ensure alignment of technology solutions with the company’s strategic objectives. The role also supports digital transformation by facilitating the formation and implementation of digital strategy.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;

The role also supports digital transformation by facilitating the formation and implementation of digital strategy.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage a team of IT Architects across multiple geographies, bringing together their ideas and concepts.
- Build the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture in line with business priorities and objectives.
- Maintain a holistic view of the Likewize IT strategy, processes, information and technology assets.
- Partner with CIO and Senior IT staff and business leaders to act as an advisor to IT strategic planning efforts.
- Help business leaders clarify their objectives and expectations for technological innovation efforts.
- Facilitate digital strategy decisions through consulting and support in execution
- Introduce and accelerate new technologies and methodologies to support digital transformation.
- Bring a customer experience lens to IT strategy
- Partner with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions.
- Assess the current IT environment and develops a future state IT architecture
- Lead the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.
- Lead the design and management of reference architectures
- Partner with other Application, Solution and Cloud Architects within other IT Teams to provide scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent technology framework is applied across the company.
- Promote the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve information flows.
- Manage and facilitate an Architecture Review Board (ARB) to evaluate project proposals for architectural fit.
- Circulate roadmaps to align IT priorities with business partner needs.
Requirements/Skills

At least 10 years of the following:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
- Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refreshes and hype.
- Ability to drive business culture and technology change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level.

- Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology.
- Knowledge of architectural design frameworks, integration frameworks and patterns.
At least 10 years of the following:
- Experience building strategic technology plans and roadmaps.
- Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions both On-Premise and also as we migrate to Cloud (e.g. VMware, AWS, Azure, Citrix).
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
