Likewize is searching for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join out global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. In this role, you will lead and oversee ideation, strategy, design, and execution for marketing and communication that drives company goals and supports company values. Key priorities will be:
You will manage a team of individual contributors who will be accountable for the pillars stated above on a global scale.

- Public Relations
- Brand & Creative
- Assets & Events

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify, plan, and execute strategic marketing programs that showcase innovation, propelling Likewize forward.
- Support key channel partners through the development of marketing collateral that embody our brand story & differentiators.
- Manage marketing operations with efficiency.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with key partners and agencies.
- Lead internal teams through the training and delivery of our brand story across all key functional areas.
- Partner with the People Team to grow office culture, including diversity and inclusion efforts.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech electronics, wireless/telecommunications, or extended warranty/insurance industry; bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated talent management experience, preferably having managed a team of at least 5 individual contributors
- Extensive experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated experience as follows:
o Influencing channel partners
o Executing multiple complex projects simultaneously
o Delegating complex tasks across multiple recipients
o Delivering communications internally to an executive audience
o Setting functional strategy and ensuring execution
o Coaching and developing teams
