Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in managing SoC or semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership.
- 5 years of experience working in people management and supervision/team leadership roles.
- Experience working with foundry partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business supply planning and factory supply planning.
- Experience with assembly/test/die preparation and project management.
- Experience growing/working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and leading cross-functional deliverables.
- Familiarity with analog/digital design, development flows, wafer fabrication knowledge, and an excellent collaborator across multiple business units to align and execute deliverables.
- Ability to connect, network, and collaborate with others in a large product organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, spreadsheet software, and presentation skills to an executive audience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000-$299,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead improvement in support of Google's growth.
- Develop silicon supply chain strategies that support Google’s strategic objective. Supply optimization to meet program requirements for new product introduction (NPI) and material planning (MP).
- Generate and execute a clear statement of supply and demand by driving forecast accuracy and MP deliverables of time, data, and finished goods. Align capability, capacity, and materials readiness through MP.
- Coordinate samples and supply line readiness, and develop/integrate sustainable resolutions to any supply gaps. Collaborate with all cross-organizational teams, maintain transparent alignment, and informing teams.
- Execute production control functions of dispatching, expediting, and tracking. Verify partners are in alignment on status and deliverables, and divert escalation to minimize disruptions.
