Job description
Position Overview
We exist to fuel the greater good, and our R-Squared Peer Groups do exactly that. R-Squared is a peer group program designed exclusively for social sector leaders and their unique challenges. Groups meet confidentially in a virtual, professionally facilitated session each month to process their biggest challenges as a group. These sessions are delivered by a group of independent facilitators trained on our proprietary process.
As Head of the R-Squared product you are the product owner - with the challenge of creating the global leader for peer learning circles in the social sector. As part of that, you will be looking to constantly excel in the program’s customer satisfaction and participant tenure. You’ll do this by curating the best matched groups, establishing quality controls on product development and delivery, design brilliant customer experiences, and curate and create helpful content for delivery in peer group sessions and available on-demand (e.g., subject matter experts, speaking events, etc.).
You will play an important role company-wide, acting as the voice and advocate of your product throughout RevJen. Your passion will influence better outcomes for everyone across the business. You will work closely with the revenue team who is responsible for recruiting participants.
As part of this role, you will be a game changer. The successful applicant will lead the building of an online community designed solely for the social sector through our new digital community program. We want to create the first-choice space to visit online for all members of the social sector to connect, learn, and promote their work. You will support the moderation of activity, the curation of engaging events and polls, and the publishing of practical, solution-oriented content.
About Us
RevJen empowers social sector leaders and their teams with the solutions and support they need to accomplish their mission (and thrive as they do).
With support from RevJen, busy leaders develop actionable plans for growth they can maintain, crack the code on their biggest challenges, and link arms with peers and mentors to keep them going for the long haul.
Through our dynamic team workshops and collaborative peer groups, we’re seeing healthy leaders and unified teams create sustainable revenue streams that empower their mission and free them to innovate — and that’s just the start. Together, we’re changing the way change happens.
We believe that when it comes to doing good, the sector deserves better.
We live by our company values:
- Integrity always.
- Collaboration is always our choice.
- Our individual passion is our fuel.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion without exception.
- We prioritize impact.
- Wholly upfront, always with care.
Objectives of the Role
Build R-Squared as the premier peer group experience in the social sector globally. You will:
1. Own the product’s experience
With the support of the participant success team, own the experience end-to-end for participants in the R-Squared program and identify and create ways to delight members and drive retention.
2. Allocate new members to their best fit peer groups
In partnership with the lead facilitator and support from other product team members, work with new leaders to understand their needs and allocate them to the best fit peer group of fellow leaders for them.
3. Work with members throughout their journey
By staying closely connected to their journey you will champion members throughout their R-Squared experience and with internal teams to ensure they are getting the most out of the program and being a productive group contributor.
4. Curate the content library
Content plays an important part in the overall experience and value of the program. You will be curating a selection of content by developing a network of speakers, thought leaders, and other content providers to ensure every session is vibrant and engaging for participants. Guide development of new content modules to enhance peer learning
5. Continuously improve the R-Squared product
Work closely with other members of the RevJen team, e.g., Lead Facilitator, Strategy, Measurement and Evaluation etc., to continuously add value to the product and are responsive to changing needs and feedback from participants.
6. Support quality control
Support quality control of facilitation in partnership with the lead facilitator as well as the participant performance in partnership with the participant success team.
7. Run our online community
You will support the moderation of activity, the curation of engaging events and polls, and the publishing of practical solution-oriented content.
About You
People describe you as driven and creative. Always striving to improve the way people experience your products or services and taking a hands-on approach to ensure that you do just that. You can work strategically but never lose passion for the end-user of your product. You are inspired by the idea of creating something that is world-class for real, and not just a bold strategic statement. We exist to fuel the greater good and want to propel the social sector to new levels of impact by supporting and empowering the leaders within the sector. We love the mission and are incredibly driven to work-hard to achieve it, you should share that energy.
It would be great if you had experience working in professional development product teams in the past. An understanding of the social sector will help you hit the ground running. We enable the way we work and the way we deliver products through technology, and you should feel comfortable using digital tools. We welcome people of all races, religions, belief systems, gender identities, and sexual orientation to our community and always encourage people to bring their truest selves to our work.
