Job description
Non-Exempt, Employee-at-will. 40 hours/week; 43 weeks/year
Baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or a baccalaureate or advanced degree and equivalent coursework in early childhood education with 480 hours of early education teaching experience as well as a minimum of 3 years in a management, leadership or supervisory role.
Assume responsibility for the implementation of high-quality educational services to support the development of school readiness skills. Monitor curriculum implementation, classroom environments, staff-child interactions, and support screening, assessment and transition activities.
Administration and maintenance of relevant electronic databases, as well as data entry, analyzation and reporting. Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to promote early childhood education opportunities.
