Newer Beginnings, LLC is hiring Part Time or Full Time In-Home Caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and hard working, for several of our programs. We have openings primarily in Manitowoc. But also Two Rivers, Valders, Keil, Cleveland, and Chilton. As well as hours, for those who live near the area, in the Plymouth and Sheboygan.

Currently in Manitowoc County, we have 25-40 hrs available. Depending on if you are looking for Full Time or Part Time.

Our clientele is diverse, and in need of our services due to their mental health and/or physical barriers. They do not get aggressive physical or threatening towards staff.

For over 12 years Newer Beginnings, LLC has provided services for individuals in their home, helping them to be safe and living in the least restrictive environment.

Specifically our staff will provide the following services for our clients: Assistance with Apartment Upkeep, Laundry, Personal Cares, Med Monitoring, Grocery Shopping, Meal Prep, Linen Change, Etc.

*Please know that due to our clients barriers both mentally and sometime physically, staff will assist often around the individual's home, such as dishes, taking out the garbage, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Hours are primarily Mon-Fri, About 8am-4pm. We are hiring part time or full time work. We do have hrs available for every other weekend too.

Newer Beginnings LLC is a progressive company offering competitive compensation, one week paid vacation after first year, two weeks after third year, 401K, training and certificates, paid training,(licensed trainer), flexible schedule, enjoyable work setting, and a great team to work with.

Must have a clean driving record. A background check is required pre-employment.

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are provided with thermometers if desired to test clients/members temperature before providing services. In addition, PPE is available to all staff as well. Staff are not required to be vaccinated.
