We're hiring for a Healthcare Center Server!

JOB SUMMARY: The Server serves meals to Plymouth Place residents in an atmosphere where the food service is restaurant style. The Server strives to be efficient in service while being attentive to making an appetizing food presentation. The Server must maintain flexibility as assigned stations and duties before, during and after meal service.

• Deliver food to the resident ensuring a quality dining experience through the entire process.
• Take down dining areas and clean tables.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean food stations and other areas as required.
• Lead staff providing coaching and direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous experience required but desired.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Previous customer service experience in similar environment a plus.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements and demands of the job.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: PT evening hours 4-7 pm and varying hours on weekends and holidays.

• Ability to provide service in an accurate and timely manner.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, families, and employees.
