Overview:
Fosters and develops relationships with referral sources for outpatient clinic services that leads to new business and revenue enhancement. Promote and highlight clinical programs and market segments that effectively translates relationships into new business opportunities. Lead sales strategies and initiatives that promote Therapy Specialists services, clinical expertise and programs. Participates in creating marketing content for patients and referral sources that directly influences outpatient referrals.

Part time - 15 hours per week. $30+ per hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate referrals from physicians, through developing relationships with physician specialties including (but not limited to): orthopedic, family practice, pediatricians, OBGYN, urologists, internal medicine, etc.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the outpatient market (activities may include: regular visits to physician offices, attending networking events, scheduling lunches, etc. )
  • Responsible for meeting new business goals set by the Director of Partnerships
  • Identifies new contract partners (insurance payers, workers’ comp providers, physician groups) and assists in vetting and signing new contracts for outpatient services
  • Research and assesses competitive landscape, pricing and services to support identified markets, generating leads for new referral sources
  • Assists in developing and executing marketing strategy for generating referrals from patients through content development and distribution.
  • Collaborates with Director of Outpatient Services, Clinic Directors, PTs, OTs and SLPs to create and implement new content (emails, blogs, videos, etc.) that promote TS services and establishes TS as an industry expert
  • Collects and creates updates for our website and other marketing materials including bios, headshots, messaging, etc.
  • Assist in social media campaigns that capture and promote Therapy Specialists’ brand
  • Collaborate with outpatient directors regarding new program development and niche program opportunities to increase revenue for existing customers
  • Maintain and manage referral contact database; strategic follow up efforts with customers to foster and continue to build relationships that results in sustaining and/or growing referrals to achieve identified metrics
  • Consults, manages and/or directs special projects for the organization (i.e. Calm app, employee appreciation activities, negotiation with property management)
  • Generate consistent reports to track opportunities and growth
  • Assist Director of Partnerships in broader projects related to new business opportunities and additional outpatient clinic locations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree preferred
