Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for recruiting health care professionals with the goal of fulfilling contract orders from clients. This role is responsible for finding health care professionals and taking them through the qualification process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Handles initial screening and application process of healthcare professionals in accordance with company policy.
2. Manages all submissions of candidates into clients database/s.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Make prospecting contacts and follow up on all leads

2. Build a network pipeline of healthcare professionals

3. Qualify health care professionals by reviewing experience and confirming licenses and certifications

4. Conduct phone and virtual interviews-discuss general job opportunities

5. Creating profile for healthcare professional that gets submitted to clients.

6. Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client specific database
7. Document submittal into Nurses PRN database

8. Additional duties as assigned by management

Outcomes/Deliverables:

1. Grow pipeline by connecting with new healthcare professionals to successfully place into contracts
2. Attain written key performance indicators
3. Maintain Compliance with Nurses PRN’s Policy and Procedures

Work Environment:

1. Hard working environment with a work hard/ play hard mentality
2. Professional and Business Casual
3. Maintain personal schedule during core business hours 7am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma required, college degree or some college with concentration in communications, business, or related field preferred.
2. Past recruiting experience required
3. Past proven competency working on multiple databases and/or computer software.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required at times to our corporate location and/or satellite locations if not at corporate office determined by manager.
