JOB TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter

REPORTS TO: Director of Client Service Operations

Our client is dedicated to providing high quality comprehensive home health and personal care services to valued members of our community. The Healthcare Recruiter is a vital contributor to Client’s mission and vision of providing high quality, client-centered and affordable home health services to our clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Reporting to the Director of Client Service Operations, it is the Healthcare Recruiter’s responsibility to analyze staffing issues (consistently open shifts, particular acuities needed of caregivers, hard to staff areas, etc.) in Client’s service area. The expectation is to execute a customized strategy enabling our recruiting/hiring efforts to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers as well as provided staffing resources to the Scheduling Team. Duties will include: sourcing and recruiting caregivers, developing relationships, planning and implementing outreach campaigns, meeting recruiting-growth expectations, working closely with the Scheduling Team for pointed recruiting, and working with other departments to get PCAs onboarded and working in our company. The success of the Healthcare Recruiter will be measured by growth of available PCA’s, the decreased number of shifts that are open/go unstaffed, as well as other metrics.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and helping to facilitate the hiring of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
  • Place PCAs with clients needing services
  • Customer service, delivering compassion and problem resolutions
  • Serve as point of escalation to resolve client and caregiver issues
  • Execute strategies to enhance the staffing experience of clients and caregivers, contributing to improved client retention, and open shifts staffed
  • Work with Onboarding/Intake/HR departments to move PCAs through the hiring process
  • Provide analysis, metrics and weekly reporting regarding hiring of PCAs
  • Communicate effectively with the Scheduling Team, management, and co-workers
  • Schedule PCAs for their first shift/client and hand them off to the CSC handling the case/referral
  • Hit weekly hiring numbers, as specified
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
