Major Position Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through various recruiting tools
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring of qualified HCPs through various recruiting channels throughout the United States
  • Manage inbound requests generated by email, website contact, phones, or other means.
  • Initiate outbound calls to HCPs to build pipeline for future placements
  • Build a pipeline by sourcing and screening prospective HCPs throughout the United States through cold calling, company-generated leads, a proprietary company database, referrals, social media etc.
  • Maintain database of assigned HCPs and serve as primary point of contact, acting as intermediary between healthcare professionals and various administrative departments
  • Screen and qualify healthcare professionals to determine suitability for assignments based on licensing, experience and education requirements
  • Educate HCPs on compensation package options and articulate the personal and professional benefits of a travel career
  • Complete all aspects of the pre-employment processes including resume building, reference checks etc.
  • Assist and support the HCP through the complete placement process which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment and retention
  • Work with internal compliance department to ensure that the HCPs meet the standards for our clients
  • Work with payroll to ensure that HCPs on assignment are compensated accurately and timely
  • Work with sales/account management to identify new and/or top facility accounts, target specific clinical skillsets, and to assess future staffing requirements
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly activity metrics and performance targets
  • Attend and participate in scheduled trainings, meetings and events
  • Contribute to team effort and company culture in a positive and respectful manner

Education and Experience

  • Prior sales experience is preferred (bonus if within the medical industry)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years sales experience preferred
