Job description

Two Full Time Equipment Operator at our Keenesburg,Co facility. One position (composting operations) will primarily require heavy equipment operations at our production site – large wheel loader operations. Feeding Screen Plants, Grinders, Coloring Machines, Conveyor Movement/Set Ups, Loading End Dump and Walking Floor Trailers – and other production related activities. The second position (Liquids Processing) will require the safe operation of Farm Tractors including the use of liquid spreaders and disking operations as well as small wheel loaders, bobcats. Site cleanup and maintenance of site and equipment is included in both positions. Work Schedule for both positions: Mon - Fri at 7am -3:30pm with some OT required.

Representative Responsibilities – All Positions:

· Performs pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment, and ensures operator responsibilities for PM are covered daily.

· Includes loading of commercial trucks including end dumps, highsides, side dumps, flatbeds, tandems and other equipment.

· Monitors site materials for quality and contamination.

· Follows all safety policies and procedures.

· Continuously monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time.

· Performs and documents service as determined on equipment.

· Completes Equipment Condition Report and reports any necessary repairs to supervisor and/or Maintenance Shop. Completes other required forms.

· Ensures that equipment is properly cleaned, serviced and stored at the end of each shift.

· Completes daily production reporting

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
