What You’ll Do: Responsible for identifying, researching and resolving routine technical issues for end users. Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution. When required, responsible for system installs and upgrades.

This position is Onsite or Hybrid with rotational Saturdays. MA, NH, and ME applicants Only.

Education and/or Experience

  • A minimum of two years directly related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and training.

Requirements: Minimum of two years experience and/or training along with a technical degree in Computer Electronics or equivalent combination of education and training.
