We are now hiring a full time Held Desk Support Tech!

The Tech will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the company. They will also be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer or other technical issues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, security and reliable operation of the company’s computer systems
  • Provide first tier helpdesk support, making sure all desktop application, workstation, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
  • Install, upgrade and maintain computer components including printers and software.
  • Add and maintain users on the network; assigning application access, ensuring security, and ensuring their configurations are within company approved standards.
  • Monitor and maintain all required software licenses to ensure proper compliance
  • Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate person in a timely manner as needed.
  • Participate as necessary in company projects and events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • IT certifications in Microsoft, VMware, RMM, CompTIA or other network related fields are a plus.  Strong knowledge of systems and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools is plus.
  • Experience with Epicor “Bistrack” a plus
