*HHAs needed to cover cases throughout Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Union, Essex, Morris and surrounding areas.*
Must have an active NJ HHA license.
Must be able to work with multiple clients.
Salary Range Starting $17 & up

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
Care Delivery

• Provides safe and effective personal care for the client based on individualized Plan of Care.
• Drives/escorts client to and from appointments/activities as requested, resulting in a safe and timely transport.

Interpersonal Skills

• Always maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• To recognize emergency situations; demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• Ability to prepare for a client assignment and arrive on time to the designated client.
• Understand and follow clinical and staffing instructions with a diverse population.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• New Jersey HHA Certification.
• Excellent communication skills; team player; interpersonal skills; good collaboration skills; customer service skills; ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication regarding client care.
• The ability to comprehend, speak, read and write the English language.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Must have the following:

• Current HHA Certification
• Physical + PPD within 12 months
• MMR; measles mumps and rubella
• SSN & valid ID
• MUST be vaccinated
